This paper summarizes the research methods of spatial learning and memory function widely used in neuroscience, and summarizes the receptors related to spatial learning and memory and their mechanisms.It is found that the function of G protein receptors in learning and memory is particularly complex and important.The follow-up behavioral exploration of GPCRs can be used for researching Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (CI) and providing new research ideas and methods of Nerodegenerative diseases.%就神经科学领域广泛使用的空间学习记忆功能研究方法进行了总结, 同时对空间学习记忆有关的受体及其机制进行了归纳, 发现G蛋白受体在学习记忆中的机制尤为复杂并且具有重要的研究意义, 后续可对GPCRs的行为学探索, 诸如阿尔茨海默病 (AD) 、帕金森 (CI) 等神经退行性疾病提供新的研究思路与方法.
