组织承诺对微博社区成员知识共享行为的影响研究

         

摘要

With the theory of organizational commitment, the theory of planned behavior and observing strict research steps, we proposed a model that explained the relation around organizational commitment which was based on needs, emotion and sense of responsibility, a subjective norm that was based on the personal effects of group, and the relationships among three kinds of knowledge sharing behaviors such as reading threads, replies and posting. Using the data of 160 Sina Weibo users, the authors made an empirical test on the model. The result shows that the normative commitment has significant impact on reading threads, continuous commitment and subjective norm have significant impact on the behaviors of replies, and affective commitment has significant impact on posting.%通过组织承诺理论与计划行为理论,经过严格的研究步骤,提出了基于需求、情感与责任感的组织承诺,基于群体对个人影响的主观规范与知识共享的浏览、回帖与发帖三种具体行为之间的关系模型,以160份新浪微博用户为样本对该模型进行实证检验,分析结果表明在新浪微博社区中规范承诺对用户浏览行为有显著影响,持续承诺与主观规范对回帖行为有显著影响,情感承诺对发帖行为有显著影响。
