心理资本在基层公务员角色压力与心理健康关系中的作用

         

摘要

基层公务员群体的心理健康,不仅与其个人的生活质量和职业发展密切相关,同时也关系着党和国家的执政能力。本研究采用问卷法对579名基层公务员进行调查,探讨心理资本在基层公务员角色压力对心理健康影响中的作用,结果发现:(1)角色压力中的角色模糊与角色超载两个维度对基层公务员的心理健康具有显著的负向预测作用;(2)心理资本中的自信和乐观两个维度对基层公务员的心理健康具有显著的正向预测作用;(3)在控制相关人口学变量的基础上,心理资本中的韧性维度在角色冲突和角色模糊对心理健康的影响过程中具有显著的调节作用。总体看来,具有较高韧性水平的基层公务员,其角色冲突对心理健康产生显著的正向影响,而不论韧性水平的高低,基层公务员的角色模糊都对其心理健康产生显著的负向影响。%Grassroot civil servants'mental health not only affects quality of their life and career development,but also af-fects the ruling ability of Chinese Communist Party and the state.The present study aims to examine the effect of role stress and psychological capital on mental health of grassroot civil servants.The sample consists of 579 grassroot civil servants from the different regions throughout Mainland China.Data is analyzed with SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.70.Re-sults show (1)Role-ambiguity and role-overload have significantly negative effect on mental health of the grassroot civil servants.(2)Self-confidence and optimism have significantly positive effect on mental health of the grassroot civil serv-ants.(3)After controlling the relevant background variables,resilience moderates significantly the effects of role-con-flict and role-ambiguity on mental health.When grassroot civil servants show high levels of resilience,degree of role-con-flict generates significant positive impact on mental health.Whatever the level of grassroot civil servants'resilience was high or low,role-ambiguity has a significant negative impact on their mental health.
