The synchronization of coupled synthetic gene network has been investigated by the mean-field approach. The results show that synchronization can be regulated by adjusting the control parameters of the coupled gene regulation system. Whether the system is in a stable state or oscillatory state,the noise can enhance synchronization, and the enhanced effect of synchronization is more pronounced in oscillatory state. The degree of heterogeneity and coupling strength has important influence on synchronization. The best coupling strength makes the system reach the best synchronization. The external signal can improve the synchronization of the system. The synchronization of the coupled synthetic gene network is not sensitive to frequency variation of the signal.% 用数值模拟的方法研究了平均场耦合基因调控系统振荡同步性。结果表明:通过调节耦合基因调控系统的控制参数可以调控系统的同步性;对处于稳定态和振荡态的系统,噪音的引入都能够增强系统的同步性,且振荡态下噪音的同步性增强效应更明显;耦合系统的异质程度、耦合强度对同步性有重要影响,存在最佳耦合强度使得系统的同步性达到最佳;外信号的引入可以提高系统的同步性。耦合基因调控系统的振荡同步性对外信号的频率变化不敏感。
