随着自主招生工作的展开，高职院校班主任需要面临很多新的问题，工作重心随之改变。高职院校班主任要尊重学生，与学生进行充分的交流沟通；指导学生，帮助学生科学地制定职业策划和人生设计；爱护学生，对学生实施挫折教育，提高其心理承受力。高职院校也要努力营造良好环境，提升人文素养，克服倦怠心理。%With the development of autonomous enrollment ,the headmasters in vocational colleges will face some new problems in their daily work and they have to change working center .The headmasters should respect the students and communicate with them .They should guide and help the students to make career plan and life design . T hey should also take care of their students .Frustration education should be done to improve the students ’ psycho-logical endurance .Vocational colleges should make efforts on building good environment ,enhancing human qualities and overcoming burnout psychology .
