In operating official micro-blog, college student organizations are met with many practical obstacles, which are caused by the clash between existing conditions of Micro-blog ecosystem and the requirements of student organizations, such as narrow developing space, problems in team building, and highly imperfection of supporting system. Based on the goals and characteristics of the organization, the operating team of Z Organization proposed effective countermeasures in respect of functional orientation, operator selection, propaganda, and institutions.%高校学生组织官方微博运营中出现的各种具体问题，其根源在于微博生态圈的既有条件及其变迁与学生组织发展要求之间的冲突。这种冲突可表现为官方微博传统定位空间狭小、运营队伍人力资源匮乏、支持体系不完善等困难或阻碍。为此，Z组织官方微博运营团队基于学生组织的目标与现实特征，从官方微博的功能定位、管理员选拔、宣传引导和制度建设等方面提出了解决对策，收到了较好效果。
