“中国制造2025”背景下高职行业英语教师专业发展的现状研究及展望--以兰州石化职业技术学院为例

         

摘要

以高职行业英语教师专业发展为研究主题,以兰州石化职业技术学院为个案进行分析,以所有行业英语教师为主要研究对象。研究采用定量(问卷)和定性(访谈、观察)相结合的研究范式,以调查问卷、访谈和课堂观察为研究工具,调查和研究目前行业英语教师专业发展的现状如何,找出行业英语教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,探索促进行业英语教师专业发展的途径。结果表明:部分教师的专业发展目标不明确,缺乏对行业英语的重视,缺乏科研意识,行业英语培训与进修学习状况堪忧。教师专业发展漠视行业英语,学校对英语教师专业发展的支持度不够等。针对问题,行业英语教师首先应抱着合作、自主、开放的心态,努力进取,不断地学习、反思、创新及改革,才能获得更大的职业发展空间。其次,相关院校也应采取一系列对策与措施,来促进行业英语教师专业发展。%The present research has adopted both quantitative and qualitative methods. Through classroom observation,semi -structured interviews,questionnaires and students’logs,this study collected lots of data to contribute to its conclusions.There were two groups of participants.One group was the teachers in the department of applied foreign languages of Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology;the other group was from QQ and the questionnaire web.The study put emphasis on the problems as what the current status of EOP teacher professional development is,what problems exist in EOP teacher professional development and what strategies can be utilized to promote the professional development of EOP teachers.Through this study,the author has got a general understanding of the current status of EOP teacher professional development,and found out the existing problems in the process of professional development,in order to explore the possible effective strategies to promote the professional development of EOP teachers.
