This paper takes attention to the situation that effective demand of talents who are majors in marketing and planning is difficult to meet in the society,on the basis of research;it puts the curriculum system exploring method according to the society actual need for marketing and planning talents.In order to determine the position group,we select typical tasks as basis of the reconstruction of curriculum system,with the purposes of strengthening the cultivation of students’theory practical and social adapting ability of marketing and planning.%着眼于社会用工中对于营销与策划人才有效需求难以满足的情况,在调研基础上,采用基于工作的课程体系的开发方法,依据社会对于营销策划人员实际需要的情况确定岗位群,进而选取较为典型的工作任务作为重构课程体系的依据,旨在提高营销与策划专业学生理论、实践及社会适应能力。
