Qualitative analysis of a kind of food-predator system with functional response of Holling Ⅲ and harvest rate for any two species groups was performed. By using ordinary differential equation characterization, stability and bifurcation theory, the characteristics and the conditions of the existence and non-existence of the limit cycle of this system at equilibrium point were obtained.
