高一新生人格特质与学习动机的关系

         

摘要

The study was conducted by Eysenck's Personalit y Questionnaire (EPQ)revised edition and Zhou Bucheng revised Motivation and Achievement Test (MAAT). It tested 1750 senior freshmen to explore status of their personality and learning motivation and relationships between them,and the results indicated Male and female students were quite different in the oriented external target of learning motivation,learning value,self-efficacy and expectation for success. Male and female students' scores were not significantly dif-ferent in the P dimension and E dimension,and quite different in N dimension and L dimension; introvert and extrovert personality,the neuroticism and anxiety test showed negative correlation; psychoticism and the overall motivation showed significantly negative correlation;several dimensions of learning motivation were significantly correlated;and personality characteristics were closely related to learning motivation.%采用艾森克的人格问卷(EPQ)的修订版与周步成修订的学习动机诊断测验(MAAT)对1750名高一学生进行测试,旨在探讨高一新生人格与学习动机的状况及其关系,结果表明:男女生在学习动机的外在目标导向、学习价值、自我效能、期望成功上差异显著;男女学生在P维度、E维度得分差异不显著,在N维度、L维度上得分差异显著;内外向、神经质与测试焦虑呈显著负相关;精神质与整体动机呈显著负相关;学习动机的几个维度间均呈显著相关性;人格特质与学习动机呈显著性相关。
