学校与企业是职教集团的两大牵头人，利益休戚相关，关系最为密切。在整个集团的运作过程中，学校文化和企业文化避免不了相互碰撞和融合。因此，高职院校文化建设要从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面将企业文化渗透到学校文化中去，这对建设特色高职学校文化，促进学校文化建设和谐完善发展，培养社会和企业所需人才，具有极其重要的意义。%College and enterprise are tw o m ain leaders of vocational education group. Their interests are tied, and relationship betw een them is the closest. In the process of the w hole group's operations, college culture and enterprise culture can't avoid m utual collision and fusion. Therefore, culture construction for higher vocational colleges should penetrate enterprise culture into college culture from three aspects, including m aterial culture, system culture and spirit culture, w hich plays an extrem ely im portant role for constructing characteristics of higher vocational college culture, prom oting the harm onious perfect developm ent of college culture construction, and cultivating talents needed by society and enterprises.
