双导师制模式下报关专业教师成长途径探索

         

摘要

T he m ode of double tutorial system dem ands professional teachers are qualified w ith overall professional quality, and develop w ork w ith enterprises tutors for realizing zero-distance post connection of students' em ploym ent w hen undertaking professional theory and practical teaching. T herefore, it is the key to define teachers' grow th paths in higher vocational custom s declaration for im plem enting talents' training m ode of double tutorial system . Its prem ise is to establish higher vocational educational teaching concept and w orking value concept. It should establish the concept of tw o-level teaching staff m anagem ent betw een colleges and departm ents and the related system construction, and the m easure im plem entation is the essential guarantee.%双导师制人才培养模式要求专业教师(学校导师)具有较为全面的职业素质,在能够担任专业理论与实践教学的同时,还能够与企业导师一起为学生就业实现零距离岗位对接有效地开展工作。因此,明确高职报关专业教师的有效成长途径是报关专业双导师制人才培养模式能否得以实施的关键;教师成长途径得以实施的首要前提是教师要树立正确的高职教育教学观念和工作价值观;院系两级师资管理的理念及相关制度建设、措施落实则是根本保障。
