高职院校师资队伍建设是高职院校持续、健康发展的重要保障。通过分析高职院校师资队伍建设中面临的困境及其成因,提出相应的对策建议：确立高职教育的社会地位;进一步完善高职教师的职称评定办法;构建＂双师型＂师资队伍;加强和完善兼职教师队伍建设。力求切实提高高职院校的师资队伍水平,提高教师的教学能力、育人能力、实践能力。%The construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges is the important guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational colleges.Through analyzing the difficulties and causes faced by the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.It should define the social position of higher vocational education,and perfect title evaluating method of higher vocational teachers.It can construct double-qualified teaching staff,as well as strengthen and perfect the construction of part-time teaching staff.In order to enhance the level of teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,it should increase teachers' teaching ability,educating ability and practical ability.
