民办高校教学质量监控体系的构建与实践

         

摘要

Teaching quality is the life line for the survival and development of independent colleges and uni‐versities ,so constructing the teaching quality monitoring system is the important content of teaching man‐agement and even the effective measure to improve teaching quality .In the teaching management in the in‐dependent colleges and universities we can construct effective teaching quality monitoring system through setting up teaching guiding committee and teaching supervision guide system ,implementing teaching eval‐uation system ,adopting teaching evaluation by the students ,perfecting teaching check‐up system ,estab‐lishing students’ offering information system and perfecting the system of leaders’ observing teachers’ lec‐tures ,etc .in order to guarantee the comprehensive improvement of teaching quality .The scientific con‐struction and effective practice of teaching quality monitoring system not only realizes the whole‐staffed‐ness ,whole process ,multi‐directions and multi‐angles of the teaching quality monitoring but also ensures the improvement of teaching quality ,which forms a good atmosphere of self‐restraint ,self‐encourage‐ment ,self‐monitoring among teachers and students and further strengthens the central position of teaching .%  教学质量是民办高校生存和发展的生命线,构建教学质量监控体系是教学管理工作的重要内容,更是提高教学质量的有效措施。民办高校的教学管理工作,可通过设立教学指导委员会、建立教学督导制度、实施教学评价制度、采取学生评教方式、健全教学检查制度、建立学生信息员制度、健全领导听课制度等措施,构建运行有效的教学质量监控体系,为全面提高教育教学质量提供重要保障。教学质量监控体系的科学构建和有效实践,既实现了全员性、全过程、多方位、多角度的教学质量监控,又切实保证了教育教学质量的提高,在师生中形成了自我约束、自我激励、自我监控的良好氛围,进一步巩固和加强了教学工作的中心地位。
