目的：探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）与职业心理应激关系，为该病的防治提供理论依据。方法收集2013年2月至2014年3月在该院内分泌科住院及定期体检的人群资料，确定研究对象共460例，分为T2DM组和对照组，各230例。对研究对象进行职业应激问卷和一般情况问卷调查、体格检查及实验室生化指标检测，采用多元线性逐步回归分析职业应激因素与血糖、血压、血脂相关指标关系。结果 T2DM组患者应激因素总分、工作负荷、人际关系和家庭/工作平衡评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；空腹血糖（FPG）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）与职业应激因素具有相关性，即FPG与职业应激因素呈正相关（P<0.05），HDL-C与职业应激因素呈负相关（P<0.05）。结论职业应激因素与T2DM相关，应进一步加强对T2DM职业人群的健康心理教育。%Objective To approach the association between professional psychological stress and typ2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of T2DM. Methods The data of 460 physical examinees received medi-cal health examination and in hospitalzation in the Department of Endocrinology of this hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were collected in the study. There are two groups ,theT2DM group and the control group ,230 of each. It was inspected through professional stress questionnaire,general condition questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory examination parameters. It adopted multiple linear regression to analyze the relationship between vocational stress and blood sugar ,blood pressure,blood fat and so on. Results Compared the total stress scores,workload,interpersonal relationship and family/work balance in T2DM group with those of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01);In the multiple linear regression analysis,FPG were positive correlation with psychological stress factors,while HDL-C were negative correlation with it (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological stress is related to T2DM ,which is necessary to strengthen the psychological health education of T2DM patients.
