癌症相关基因与精神疾病的关联

         

摘要

Stathmin,RIN1和DRD2基因被发现是癌症相关基因,这些基因在乳腺癌,宫颈癌,肝癌等癌细胞中高表达.研究发现Stathmin在情感相关脑区海马及杏仁核高度表达,是参与恐惧记忆调节的基因;RIN1高表达于端脑抑制恐惧记忆的获得;DRD2基因调控多巴胺D2受体表达,该基因失调会导致多巴胺功能紊乱,引起酒精依赖.从而证明这些基因与创伤后应激反应(post traumatic stress disorder,PTSD),精神分裂,抑郁症等精神疾病存在着紧密联系.本文从Stathmin,RIN1,DRD2基因入手,重点阐述这些癌症相关基因在精神疾病中的表现,从基因角度为寻求癌症与精神性疾病之间的关联提供证据.%Stathmin,RIN1 and DRD2 genes have becn found to be cancer related gene,which increased in breast cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer and other cancer cells.It was found that Stathmin is highly expressed in emotional brain area such as hippocampus and amygdala,and is involved in regulating fear memory.RIN1 high expression in the cerebrum inhibits the acquisition of fear memory.Dopamine D2 receptor was regulated by DRD2 gene,whose genetic disorders can lead to dopamine dysfunction,contributing to alcohol dependence.To prove that these genes are closely linked to post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),schizophrenia,depression and other mental disorders,this article emphasizes on performance of these cancer related genes (Stathmin,RIN1 and DRD2 gene) in mental disorders,and searches evidence for the association between cancer and mental disorders from the perspective of genes.
