本文以3-单取代的氧化吲哚1为起始原料,用DMF做溶剂,在碱性氢化钠和室温条件下,通过和卤代烷R2X发生SN2反应,区域选择性得到3-季碳烷基氧化吲哚(2a~2f),产率为87~92%,结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR MS表征.%Using the different 3-monosubstituted oxindoles 1 as original material and DMF as solvent, the 3-quaternary alkyl oxindoles (2a~2f) were regioselectively obtained through SN2 reaction with halogenated alkane R2X under the condition of alkaline sodium hydride and room temperature. The yields were 87%~92%. The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.
