采用参与式农村评估方法(PRA),在贵州省贞丰县对影响人工林培育质量的非技术因素进行调查.结果表明:除造林技术因素之外,政策、管理、经济及自然等非技术因素,都对集体林区人工林培育质量有不同程度影响.通过问卷调查及影响程度评分排序,初步确定了影响贞丰县人工林培育质量的13个主要非技术因素.这些非技术因素通过影响造林者的积极性和认真负责精神,进而影响各造林技术环节的施工质量,而对人工林培育质量产生间接的影响.因此,对影响人工林培育质量的各种非技术因素加以控制是十分必要的.%Non-technical factors influencing cultivating quality of man-made forest were investigated in Zhenfeng County, Guizhou Province by the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method in the present work. The results showed that non-technical factors including policy, management, economy and nature etc. diversely affected plantation quality in collective forest area besides technical factors. Thirteen main non-technical factors in Zhenfeng County were determined preliminarily via questionnaire investigation. These non-technical factors indirectly influenced work quality of plantation through impacting enthusiasm and conscientious.Therefore, it is essential to optimize all non-technical factors influencing cultivating quality of plantation.
