By applying the register theory into the translation of commercial contracts , this paper tries to explore the distinctive features of commercial contracts related to register ,and further discusses how to achieve equivalence from the aspects of ideational meaning ,interpersonal meaning and textual meaning .T hus ,it provides some enlightenment for the translation practice of commercial contracts .%将语域理论引入商务合同的翻译研究中，旨在揭示商务合同独特的语域特征，并进一步探讨译文语篇如何再现原文语篇的语域特征，达到概念意义、人际意义和语篇意义的对等，对商务合同的翻译实践具有一定的启示。
