维生素B12 (vitamin B12,Vit B12)是机体不可或缺的微量营养素,因人体不能主动合成,需从食物中摄取,而胃部的消化环节对Vit B12的后续吸收至关重要.幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)是一种能定植于胃内的致病菌,长期感染可导致各种类型的胃部疾病,且HP感染与Vit B12缺乏密切相关.本文从Vit B12概述、HP感染和HP根除治疗对血清Vit B12的影响及可能存在的相关机制等方面对Vit B12与HP关系的研究进展进行综述.%Vitamin B12 (Vit B12) is an indispensable micronutrient.Humans are unable to synthesize Vit B12 and thus rely on dietary intakes.Digestive processes occurred in the stomach is crucial to the subsequent absorption of Vit B12.Helicobacter pylori (HP),the pathogenic bacteria colonizing the stomach,can lead to various gastric diseases.The HP infection is closely related to Vit B12 deficiency.This paper reviews the relationship between Vit B12 and HP from the aspects of Vit B12 overview,HP infection,and effect of eradication therapy on serum Vit B12 and its possible mechanisms.
