目的：探讨原发性高血压左心室肥厚（LVH）患者同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、血清脑钠肽（BNP）及超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的表达及临床意义。方法单纯原发性高血压病患者（A 组）及高血压 LVH 患者（B 组）各54例均为邯郸市人民医院住院患者，采用循环酶法测定血清 Hcy、化学发光法测定血清 BNP、免疫比浊法测定血清 hs-CRP，并与55名健康对照者（C 组）进行比较。结果血清 Hcy、BNP 和 hs-CRP 水平 B 组明显高于 A 组和 C 组（均 P ＜0．05），A 组明显高于 C 组（均 P ＜0．05）。高血压 LVH 患者 Hcy 与 BNP 水平呈显著正相关（r＝0．809，P ＜0．05）。结论Hcy、BNP 及 hs-CRP 水平可作为高血压合并 LVH 患者评价病情及判断预后的参考指标。%ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of homocysteine (Hcy),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in pa-tients with primary hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods Serum Hcy,BNP and hs-CRP were,respectively,detected by enzymatic cycling assay,chemiluminescence and immu-noturbidimetry in 54 inpatients with primary hypertension(group A),54 inpatients with primary hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy(group B),and 55 healthy subjects(group C).Re-sults Compared with group A,serum levels of Hcy,BNP and hs-CRP increased in group B,but decreased in group C(P < 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between Hcy and BNP in patients with primary hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy(r=0.809,P <0.05). Conclusion The Hcy,BNP and hs-CRP can be used as the reference indexes for disease evalua-tion and prognosis judgment in patients with primary hypertension and left ventricular hypertro-phy.
