初任教师入职适应的支持体系建设

         

摘要

初任期是一个充满困难和考验的时期,也是教师成长和发展的关键时期。初任教师处于由师范生角色向有经验教师的过渡时期,是教师队伍中的特殊群体。初任教师角色转变的突然性、承担责任的重要性与其所具有的教育教学能力之间形成了巨大的反差,客观上比其他教师更需要得到支持和帮助。建立初任教师入职适应的支持体系,是帮助初任教师顺利渡过“入职期”的需要,是培养优秀教师的“前奏工程”,也是世界各国培养初任教师的共同经验。积极探索我国初任教师入职支持体系,有利于初任教师的成长和发展。%The starting period of teaching is full of difficulties and ordeals, and is also a critical point for the growth and development of a newly recruited teacher, who are in the transiting period from a student in teachers’ college to an experienced teacher. The sudden transition and the responsibility are in contrast to the teaching and educating abilities of the newly recruited teachers, which makes it more urgent and necessary for them to be supported and helped. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a supporting system for the orientation of newly recruited teachers, so as to help them survive the transition and help to cultivate excellent teachers.
