This article summarized the reforms of other provinces ’ tour guide qualification exams and obtained some new thoughts .Meanwhile , the idea to develop Henan province tour guide qualification examination system is put forward .In addition , some suggestions on the written content and examination management reforms of Henan province tour guide qualification examination system are proposed .%通过对其他省份导游人员资格考试改革中一些有开创性的做法进行总结，从中获取了一些新的改革思路，并提出开发河南省导游人员资格考试系统，在笔试内容和现场考试管理等方面对河南省导游人员资格考试制度提出改革建议。
