海工玻璃纤维筋增强混凝土胸墙结构设计方法及其施作工艺

         

摘要

利用高强度、高耐久性的 FRP 筋取代钢筋进行海工混凝土胸墙结构施工,可从根本上减少海洋基础设施工程的后期维护费用。基于工程力学中混凝土结构的平截面假定,建立对裂缝及配筋的设计需求公式;依托某大型港口工程,选用预弯与直线 FRP 筋进行施做工艺分析,波长监测结果表明:FRP 混凝土胸墙结构在养护期变形稳定,成品施工质量优良。%The use of high-durability and high-strength FRP bar reinforced concrete rather than the reinforcing steel bar to conduct marine concrete breast wall structure construction project can drastically lower the later maintenance cost of marine infrastructure construction projects.Based on the plane cross-section assumption in the engineering mechanics,a design re-quirements formula for the fracture and the reinforcing bars is established;in reference to a large-scale port construction pro-ject,the pre-bending and linear FRP steel bars are selected to conduct the building process analysis.The results of wavelength monitoring show that the FRP concrete breast wall structure is characteristic of deformation stability and the projects thus con-structed is of excellent quality.
