《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中指出：“善于发现幼儿感兴趣的事物、游戏和偶发事件中所隐含的教育价值，把握时机，积极引导。”“关注幼儿在活动中的表现和反应，敏感地察觉他们的需要，及时以适当的方式应答。”《纲要》中明确倡导我们幼儿教师要通过适宜的方式和时间去生成一定的教学内容，在幼儿园实际教学中，我们也深深地看到了“生成”那极大的教育价值。因此，我们幼儿教师应该做好教学活动的预设，正确把握好教师预设内容与幼儿自发生成之间的关系，促使“生成”的价值得到真正体现。%It is marked in Kindergarten Educational Synopsis that teachers should be good at grasping timing to teach children right values when they find something interesting children, and that teachers should pay attention to children＇s reaction and behaviors, quickly find out their needs and make proper response. The Synopsis clearly requires teachers to fully presuppose teaching activities and deal with incidents in classroom, making full use of generation to realize educational objectives.
