周期性冲击载荷下冲床调模计数器的隔振研究

     

摘要

In this paper, the vibration reduction design of slide height counter installed on the slider of punch is introduced. Firstly, the structure of slide height counter is defined. Secondly, a two-degree-of-freedom dynamic model is established. Then, the cyclic impulsion signal is processed through Fourier expansion and applied to the model. By analyzing the dynamic response from the model, the frequency ratio is obtained in which both the transmissibility and amplitude increase significantly. The vibration reduction index is then determined and its parameters are calculated accordingly by employing optimization algorithm. Finally, a visual simulation model in Simulink is built to verify the vibration reduction effect. The result shows that the transmitting force and the amplitude decrease significantly and vibration reducing effect is achieved as expected.%针对冲床工作时滑块受周期性冲击载荷大的工况特点,对安装在冲床滑块上的电子式调模计数器进行了减振研究。在电子式计数器结构的基础上,建立了冲击载荷作用下计数器隔振系统的动力学模型;利用傅里叶级数将冲床周期性冲击激励展开并施加到该模型上,并通过分析该模型的动态响应得到隔振系统的传递率。以光电传感器的抗振度为减振指标,采用遗传算法完成了该隔振系统的隔振参数优化。最后在Simulink软件环境下建立了系统的隔振仿真模型,并进行了力和位移传递率的仿真分析。仿真结果显示:计数器的力与位移的传递率明显减小,隔振后计数器承受的冲击加速度小于光电传感器规定的抗振度,达到隔振指标。
