岛叶GABABR活性状态对大鼠空间探索能力的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨岛叶GABABR活性水平对大鼠空间探索能力的影响.方法 SPF级大鼠随机分为正常组、GABABR特异性激动剂组(巴氯芬组)、GABABR特异性拮抗剂组(CGP组)、假手术组及生理盐水组.除正常组外其余各组均双侧岛叶留置注药套管,两周后开始行为学测试,每日测试前双侧岛叶内给药,Intellicage全自动智能监测系统持续观察大鼠空间探索情况.结果 巴氯芬组大鼠鼻触学习饮水次数和空间探索次数均低于其他各组(P均<0.05),CGP组大鼠鼻触学习饮水次数和空间探索次数与正常组、假手术组、生理盐水组间的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 岛叶GABABR的激活可降低大鼠的空间探索能力.%Objective To investigate the effects of GABAB receptor expression in rat insular cortex on the ability of spatial exploration.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into five groups(group normal,baclofen,CGP, sham operation and normal saline). In addition to the normal group,rats of other groups were implanted bilaterally with stainless steel guide cannula. Two weeks later,behavioral tests were performed with the Intellicage. Microinjection was performed bilaterally before the daily behavioral test. The spatial memory of the rats was observed by Intellicage.Results Nose-poke learning test and spatial exploration test showed exploration times of group baclofen were significantly less than those of other groups(P<0.05)and differences between group CGP and group normal,sham operation and normal saline were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The activation of GABAB receptors in insular cortex could damage the ability of spatial exploration of rats.
