目前，尘肺病仍是我国煤矿工人面临的最严重的职业病，美国的煤矿工人尘肺病发病率自1975年起就基本稳定在5％以下，而我国目前煤矿尘肺病发病率仍高居不下。通过调研分析了中美两国煤矿尘肺病发病现状、防控粉尘技术措施和防控效果等，并从职业健康标准规定和大量的相关数据两个方面进行了详细对比，提出了两国在煤矿职业病防治方面的差异以及我国职业病防治存在的问题。结合现有科技成果，最后提出了我国煤矿尘肺病控制方面的发展方向及具体措施。%At present, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis is still the most serious occupational disease that coal miners are facing in our country.The United States coal worker’ s pneumoconiosis( CWP) incidence is basi-cally stay under 5%since 1975.And China ’ s current incidence rate is still high.By means of multiple sur-veys, CWP in China and the United States was analyzed, the dust control present situation was made compari-son in details,from two aspects of data and regulation.The differences between the two countries in the occupa-tional disease prevention in coal mines and the problem about it in our country were put forward.Finally the measures and direction of the development were presented.
