目的:在住院期间针对精神分裂症患者开展用药技能培训,评估其在提升患者出院后早期阶段服药依从性的效果.方法:以2016年1月至2016年5月本院收治的符合研究条件的患者为对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,分别接受用药技能培训和常规健康教育.随访收集患者出院后第1周和第5周依从性相关信息.结果:干预组和对照组分别随访79例和84例患者,两组患者人口学特征无明显差异.干预组患者出院后第1周服药依从率为92.4%,高于对照组的72.6%;第5周,干预组和对照组依从率分别为87.3%和60.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析表明,在两个随访阶段,干预措施均明显提升了患者依从性.结论:通过在住院期间对患者开展用药技能培训,能有效提高出院后早期阶段患者的依从性.%Objective:To conduct skills-based training program for medication intake among inpatients with schizophrenia,and assess its effect in improving adherence to medication during the early stage after discharge.Methods:Patients who were referred to our hospital during January 2016 to May 2016 were included.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,receiving medication skills training and routine health education respectively.1 and 5 weeks after discharge collected adherence rate related information was collected.Results:There were 79 and 84 participants in intervention group and control group,respectively.No obvious difference was observed regarding demographic variables between two groups.The adherence rate was 92.4% at the 1 week in intervention group,which was higher than 72.6% in control group.At 5 weeks,the intervention group and the control group adherence rate were 87.3% and 60.4%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The results of logistic analysis also indicated the significant role of skills-based training program in improving adherence rate.Conclusion:Carrying out medication skills-based training program during hospitalization can effectively improve the adherence rate of patients at early stage after discharge.
