抗蒸腾叶面肥对国槐幼苗水分利用效率的影响

         

摘要

In recent years,anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer had been widely used in afforestation of arid area,which promoted the research and development of this technology.In order to get anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer products which had better effects,a comparative experiment was designed,in which potted Sophora japonica seedlings were used as materials to be subjected to four different ways of foliar treatments:self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer A,improved self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer B,commercially available plant transpiration inhibitor C and pure water (control).Li-6400 photosynthesis instrument was used to observe photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of S.japonica seedlings.According to the calculation of the water use efficiency-WUE=Pn/Tx,curves of diurnal variation of water use efficiency of the seedlings with different foliar treatments were obtained.Effects of different ways on water use efficiency were compared to provide basis for further popularization and application.The results showed that self-made anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer a had the best effect on improving water use efficiency.The maximum diurnal variation of water use efficiency appeared at 8 am.Then there was a sharp decline at noon,after a slight rebound,and then continued to decline.%近年来抗蒸腾叶面肥在干旱区造林绿化中得到了广泛应用,推动了该技术的研究与发展.为了得到使用效果更好的抗蒸腾叶面肥产品,设计对照比较试验,选择北方常用乡土绿化树种国槐为试验盆栽苗木,设置4种不同的叶面处理方式:自制抗蒸腾叶面肥A、自制抗蒸腾叶面肥B,市面购买的植物蒸腾抑制剂C及清水空白对照CK,试验期间通过Li-6400XT光合仪观测国槐苗木的光合速率和蒸腾速率,并根据水分利用效率的计算公式WUE=Pn/Tr得出不同叶面处理对国槐苗木水分利用效率影响的日变化曲线,比较不同的叶面处理方式对国槐苗木水分利用效率的作用效果,得出效果最优的叶面处理方式,为之后进一步推广应用提供试验依据.结果表明,自制抗蒸腾叶面肥A对提高国槐苗木的水分利用效率效果最佳,水分利用效率日变化最大值出现在8:00,在12:00左右出现了大幅下降,之后稍有回升,后又继续下降.
