On the basis of precaution and therapeutics of the senile vaginitis and department of gynecology inflammation, beginning from development of Chinese materia medica preparation, orthogonal test is employed based on the single and combination indexes of the content of ferulic acid and total solid yield in alcohol extraction, and compared the anti-inflammatory test with the ratio of danggui in Danggui complex suppository. The results show that twelve volume and seventy percent of alcohol, and extracting four hours for each time is considered the optimum extraction process, and the better anti-inflammatory effect the higher content of the Danggui in the Danggui complex suppository. The optimal technology is considered to be suitable for the production owing to stable,accurate, simple, low-cost and good manipuility.%基于预防和治疗老年性阴道炎及妇科炎症等病痛,从开发绿色天然中药制剂出发,采用正交试验设计,分别以出膏率、阿魏酸含量及综合因子为指标,优选复方当归栓中君药当归的最佳提取工艺,并以抗炎活性为指标,通过组分配伍,优化制剂处方.发现当归活性部位的最佳提取工艺为12倍量70％的乙醇,浸泡4h后进行渗漉.当归提取物配伍组合后的抗炎活性表明:当归提取物量相当于原药材占处方总量五分之二以上时,抗炎活性较强.优选的当归活性部位提取工艺条件稳定,方法简单,可操作性强,且成本低,可用于当归复方物栓剂的制备.
