The 30-year reform and opening-up in China initiated from grassroots let the methodology of feeling stones to cross a river into full play ,creating the miracle of Chinese economy .But the rapid economic growth has brought about serious social problems like polarization ,w hich has at the same time become the most resistance to further economic development and the source of spiritual pollution .The key to solving the problem is to recon-struct logically the reform theory system ,to promote the combination of top design and bottom-line consensus ,to enhance an integrated reform process in political ,economic ,social and cultural fields ,and to set up a bridge across the river for achieving China’s social transformation .%30年的改革开放起始于自下而上的草根式改革，让摸着石头过河的方法论发挥到极致，创造了中国经济奇迹。但在经济快速增长的同时也带来了严重的两极分化等社会问题，并成为经济继续发展的最大阻力与精神污染的根源。破解这一难题的关键在于从逻辑上重构改革理论体系，促进顶层设计与底线共识相结合，全面推进政治、经济、社会、文化、生态五位一体的改革进程，架起实现中国社会转型的过河桥梁。
