Objective To understand the current status of treatment compliance for patient with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to identify the existing problems in this fields and to supply reference for pro-moting treatment compliance for patient with COPD.Methods 334 requested research papers published from 1999 to 2013 were retrieved from VIP,CNKI,Wan Fang databases.Data were analyzed by Bibliometric analysis.Results A to-tal of 334 research literature were included in the treatment compliance for patients with COPD.The main clinical tri-als were included in the clinical trial,which was 47.3%,and the high frequency of the 158 subjects was 26.Conclu-sion The annual published paper is increasing year by year,and the distribution of literature types are widespread.At the same time,the research hot spot will focus on the COPD treatment plan and the prognosis,rehabilitation treat-ment and the treatment effect and so on.The literature analysis showed that there is still a large room for improving the treatment compliance for patients with COPD.%目的 了解国内COPD患者治疗依从性研究现状,明确目前该领域研究存在的问题,为提高COPD患者治疗依从性提供参考.方法 自维普、CNKI、万方提取334篇发表于1999-2013年的相关文献,并采用计量方法进行分析.结果 共纳入COPD患者治疗依从性论文334篇,纳入文献的类型主要以临床试验研究为主,共158篇,占所检出文章47.3%;高频主题词共有26个.结论 年度发文量呈逐年递增趋势,文献类型分布广泛,同时,研究热点将集中在COPD治疗方案及预后、康复治疗和治疗效果等方面.通过文献计量学分析,表明国内COPD患者治疗依从性的研究尚有较大的提升空间.
