目的 探讨血液肿瘤化疗患者照顾者焦虑抑郁情绪情况、照顾负担、应对方式情况及其影响因素.方法 采用方便抽样的方法, 于2017年3-9月选取血液肿瘤化疗患者的主要照顾者223例, 应用自行设计的一般资料问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表 (HADS) 、护理负担量表 (ZBI) 、简易应对方式量表 (SCSQ) 调查照顾者的焦虑抑郁情绪、照顾负担、应对方式的水平.结果 51.12％ (114例) 照顾者存在焦虑情绪, 30.04％ (67例) 照顾者存在抑郁情绪;逐步回归分析显示:照顾者焦虑得分与照顾负担、持续照顾时间呈正相关, 与积极应对方式、性别呈负相关, 决定系数为0.342;抑郁得分与照顾负担、日均照顾时间及化疗周期数呈正相关, 与积极应对方式、工作情况呈负相关, 决定系数为0.462.结论 血液肿瘤化疗患者照顾者的焦虑抑郁均处于较高水平, 指导其合理、正确运用积极应对方式可缓解照顾者焦虑抑郁情绪.%Objective To investigate the anxiety, depression, care burden, coping style and its influencing factors in caregivers of patients with hematological malignancies undergoing chemotherapy.Methods This study is an investigative study.Using a convenient sampling method, in March 2017-September 2017, selecting the main caregivers of patients with hematological tumor chemotherapy 223 cases, using self-designed general data questionnaire and hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), Nursing burden scale (ZBI), simple coping style scale (SCSQ) to investigate the caregivers' anxiety, depression, burden of care and coping styles.Results 51.12％ (114cases) caregivers had anxiety, 30.04％ (67cases) caregivers had depression;stepwise regression analysis showed that the caregivers' anxiety score was positively correlated with the care burden and the duration of care, and was negatively correlated with positive coping styles and gender.The determining coefficient was 0.342.The depression score was positively correlated with the care burden, average daily care time and the number of chemotherapy cycles, and was negatively correlated with the positive coping style and work situation.The determining coefficient was 0.462.Conclusion The anxiety and depression of the caregivers of patients with hematological malignancies are at a high level, guiding them to use rational and correct positive coping styles can relieve the caregivers' anxiety and depression.
