Objective To investigate the status of the career success and work environment among nurses in the department of infectious diseases,and analyze the relationship between them.Methods Using the career success scale and work environment scale to investigate 210 nurses in the department of infectious disease from 36 hospitals in the country.ResuIts The total score of career success among nurses in the department of infuctious disease was (31.55 ± 6.88),the total score of work environment was (94.74 ± 16.19).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the income satisfaction and the academic group office were the influencing factors of the career success.After controlling the influence of the general information,participating in hospital services and the basic of high quality nursing service of work environment were able to explain 20.1％ of the total variance in career success independently.Conclusion The career success of nurses in the department of infectious diseases were at the medium level,and the work environment was the important influencing factor of it.Hospital nursing managers can improve the work environment to enhance the career success of nurses in the deparment of infectious diseases.%目的 调查传染科护士职业生涯成功感及工作环境的现状,并分析二者的关系.方法 运用职业生涯成功量表和工作环境量表对全国36所医院210名传染科护士进行问卷调查.结果 传染科护士职业生涯成功感总分为(31.55±6.88)分;工作环境总分为(94.74±16.19)分.分层回归分析显示,一般资料中的收入满意度和学术团体任职是职业生涯成功感的影响因素.在控制一般资料的影响后,工作环境中的参与医院事务和高质量护理服务基础,能独立解释职业生涯成功感总变异的20.1％.结论 传染科护士职业生涯成功感处于中等水平,工作环境对其有重要影响,医院护理管理者可通过改善工作环境提高传染科护士的职业生涯成功感.
