Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of specialist nurses' perceived professional benefits in 3 A-level hospitals.Method A total of 402 specialist nurses from 5 3 A-level hospitals in Harbin were recruited and completed the general information questionnaire and the nurses' Perceived Professional Benefits Scales.Results The total score of specialist nurses' perceived professional benefits was (127.36±23.65) and mean item score was (3.86±0.88).Multiple linear regression results showed that sex, working years and publication of research papers were the main influencing factors of nurses' perceived professional benefits.Conclusion The specialist nurses' perceived professional benefits among 3 A-level hospital is in medium level, which is correlated with sex, working years and publication of research papers.Nursing managers should take effective measures accordingly and improve the specialist nurses' perceived professional benefits to ensure the quality of work.%目的 调查三级甲等医院专科护士职业获益感现状, 探讨其影响因素.方法 采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表对哈尔滨市5所三级甲等医院402名专科护士进行问卷调查.结果 三级甲等医院专科护士职业获益感总分为 (127.36±23.65) 分, 条目平均得分为 (3.86±0.88) 分;多元线性回归分析结果表明, 专科护士职业获益感的影响因素为性别、护龄和是否发表科研论文.结论 专科护士的职业获益感总体处于中等水平, 性别、护龄和是否发表科研论文是专科护士职业获益感的影响因素, 管理者应采取有针对性的措施提高专科护士的职业获益感, 保障专科护士工作质量.
