护士长时间管理倾向与自我效能感的关系研究

         

摘要

Objective To determine the relationship between time management disposition and self-efficacy of head nurses. Methods Totally 388 head nurses were investigated with Time Management Disposition Scale and Self-efficacy Scale. Results Among all head nurses, the higher the scores in Time Management Disposition Scale, the higher the scores of in Self-efficacy Scale, which indicated statistical significance (P<0.001). There was a significantly positive correlation between time management disposition and self-efficacy meanwhile time efficacy and time value had significantly predictable effect on self-efficacy (P<0.05). Conclusion As a specific, external psychological behavior variable, time management disposition has significant influences on self-efficacy of head nurses, which indicates that time management training, which promotes time management disposition of head nurse, contributes to the improvement of self-efficacy and mental health of head nurses.%目的:探讨护士长的时间管理倾向与自我效能感之间的关系。方法采用随机抽样方法,使用时间管理倾向量表、自我效能感量表,对成都市三级甲等综合医院388名护士长进行问卷调查。结果护士长的高时间管理倾向者的自我效能感得分高于低时间管理倾向者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。时间管理倾向与自我效能感呈正相关,时间价值感、时间效能感对自我效能感有预测作用(P<0.05)。结论时间管理倾向作为一种较具体的、外在的心理行为管理变量,对护士长内在的自我效能感产生明显的影响。提示通过加强时间管理培训,提高护士长的时间管理倾向水平,可以在一定程度上提升护士长的自我效能感,促进心理健康。
