243例门诊静脉采血患者相关知识认知现状及需求调查

         

摘要

Objective To understand the cognition and demand of venous blood collection and to provide effective education approach for outpatients. Methods A self -designed questionnaire was applied to conduct a face -to -face survey among 243 outpatients with venous blood collection. Results Many outpatients had not acquired enough and correct knowledge about venous blood collection. And the cognition was influenced by their educational background and times of blood collection. Patients that hoped to acquire related knowledge accounted for 87.6% with verbal education as the most popular approach. Conclusion Health education should be strengthened among outpatients about venous blood collection and it will be effective to conduct education with appropriate method for patients' cooperation.%目的 了解门诊静脉采血患者对静脉采血知识的认知水平及需求,以便采取有效的静脉采血健康教育.方法 应用自制静脉采血相关知识认知现状及需求调查问卷,包括一般资料、静脉采血知识及其需求3 部分,对243 例门诊静脉采血患者进行面对面问卷调查.结果 门诊静脉采血患者静脉采血知识得分为(21.99±5.16)分,得分率55.0%;受教育水平和以往采血的次数是影响其认知水平的因素(P<0.05);87.6%的患者希望得到采血知识宣教,医务人员口头宣教是患者首选的采血知识教育方式.结论 门诊静脉采血患者对静脉采血知识认知不全面,希望得到健康知识的宣教.医务人员应采用针对性的教育形式进行采血知识的健康教育,使他们能正确配合标本的采集.
