影响护理本科生专业认同的相关因素分析

         

摘要

目的 分析影响护理本科生专业认同的相关因素,为进行针对性的教育提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样法,使用<护理本科生专业认同问卷>对4个年级256名全日制护理本科生进行调查.结果 单因素和多元逐步回归分析发现,性别、年级、录取方式、就读原因和学习成绩对总体认同和各维度有不同影响,户口地和家庭收入对专业情感和专业期望可能有影响,而"是否为学生干部"对专业认同没有影响.结论 护理教育者应着重对男性、高年级、调剂录取、非自己喜欢而就读护理专业以及学习成绩较差者进行专业思想引导,提高其专业认同,以利于学科发展.%Objective To analyze the influencing factors of professional identity of nursing undergraduates, and to provide more evidence for targeted education. Methods The survey was carried out among 256 full-time nursing undergraduates from 4 different grades with professional identity questionnaire. Results Univariate analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis found that gender, grade, admission mode, reason for choosing nursing major and academic performance had different effects on total identity and different dimensions. Registered Residence and family income had certain effects on professional affection and expectation, while student leader or not exerted no effect on professional identity. Conclusion The profession ideological education should focus on those students with poor professional identity.
