目的:探讨腮腺结核的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法.方法:收集近3年经病理证实的腮腺结核病例37例并进行回顾性临床分析.结果:37例腮腺结核均表现为腮腺区肿块,PPD5u皮试、细针穿刺涂片可协助诊断与鉴别诊断,37例腮腺结核经手术切除及抗结核治疗后均痊愈.结论:腮腺结核临床上少见且误诊率高,手术切除与抗结核治疗相结合可治愈.%Objective:To review the clinical features, diagnosis and therapeutic method of tuberculosis of parotid gland. Methods: 37 patients from 2008 to 2010 managed in our department were retrospectively analyzed. PPD5U and pathology examination would help differential diagnosis of the disease. Results: 37 cases were treated by surgery and conservative antituberculosis drugs with curable results. Conclusion: Tuberculosis of parotid gland was generally rare and easy to misdiagnosed. Patient can be cured by operation and antituberculosis treatment.
