Objective:To review the clinical understanding on dental extraction in elderly heart disease patients. Methods: 200 patients were consisted in this studied and their heart condition was recorded before and after extraction. Results: ST-T segment changes were found elevated after tooth extraction in 26 cases. 60 patients expressed abnormal heart rhythm. 3 related with auriculoventricular block, and extraction procedure cancelled in 8 patients due to heart problems. Conclusion: An evaluation of the situation must be based on a thorough investigation of the patient' s general health. Examination of the patient's local disease and general diseases must not be overlooked. Reduction of dental anxiety, EKG monitoring during operation, and lidocaine local anesthesia, are recommended.%目的:探讨老年心脏病患者拔牙的安全性.方法:观察200例老年心脏病患者拔牙前后的心脏情况.结果:术中有26例ST-T段改变较术前加重,60例心率异常,3例房室传导阻滞,8例暂停手术.结论:对此类患者应重视术前检查,消除精神紧张因素,术中加强监视并采取相应措施,推荐使用利多卡因麻醉.
