JIT Procurement is a new type of procurement mode generated under the environment of supplying chain ,and is supported by such modern information technology as E - commerce and etc .Petrochemical Section of Material Supplying De‐partment Section of SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Division (Petrochemical Section) improved the current procurement and suppl‐ying status by strengthening delicacy management ,applied the scientific procurement concept to the whole process of the Pro‐curement management ,and has made valuable exploration on the application of the theory of JIT procurement mode to the Ma‐terials supplying chain in Shengli Oilfield .% JIT 采购是在供应链环境下产生的一种新型的采购模式，以电子商务等现代信息技术为支撑。中石化股份胜利油田分公司物资供应处化工材料（以下简称物资供应处化工科）立足胜利油田物资采购供应的现状，以强化精细管理为着力点，把科学理性采购的理念贯穿于整个物资采购供应管理的全过程，对 JIT 采购模式理论在胜利油田供应链管理中的应用做了有益的探索。
