A simple on-off control method used in super capacitor bi-DC/DC circuit is proposed. It is easy to be integrated in the digital control platform. The relation between CCM, BCM, DCM buck and boost and the bus voltage hold time are analyzed according to the principle of the system design rule, which is the basis of the system design parameters. The result of simulation is validated finally.%文章针对超级电容的能量管理提出了一种双向DC／DC电路on—og控制策略，该方法具有简单、可靠、响应快速的特点，在数字控制平台系统中占用很小的资源，便于集成。文中详细分析了buck与boost的工作状态，总结了系统设计的关键原则，并根据该原则，分析了超级电容放电的CCM，DCM，BCM工作模式的条件，得到了各种条件下系统总线电压维持时间与电路参数之间的重要关系，在此基础上提出了系统关键参数的设计依据。上述结果以仿真的形式予以验证。
