目的 分析评价使用不同光敏剂型进行光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣效果、预后及复发情况.方法 将120例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为水溶剂组、基质霜剂组及凝胶组,3组分别给药3h后接受光动力治疗.每7天照射治疗1次,连续治疗3次,之后电话随访4个月.结果 3组治疗效果明确,水溶剂组、霜剂组、温敏凝胶组患者皮损完全缓解率分别为75.7％、78.4％、89.5％,复发率分别为35.7％、31.0％、17.6％.3组有效观察患者治疗过程中部分出现治疗部位轻度或中度疼痛、水肿,经对症治疗后7d内消退,3组均未出现全身性不良反应.结论 以温敏凝胶为光敏剂型进行光动力治疗尖锐湿疣,其疗效优于水溶剂或基质霜剂组,4个月内其复发率也低于后两者.%Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) with three kinds of photosensitizer carriers for condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods One hundred and twenty CA patients were divided equally into three groups randomly:the sterilized water group,the ground substance cream group and the temperature-sensitive gel group.Three groups were treated respectively by ALA-PDT with the photosensitizer carrier of the sterilized water,the ground substance cream and the temperature-sensitive gel.The patients were treated three times for every 7-10 days.The clinical efficacy was analyzed four months later after the treatment.Results The complete remission rate of the three groups was 75.7％,78.4％ and 89.5％ respectively.The relapse rate was 35.7％,31.0％ and 17.6％ respectively.The significant difference of the complete remission rate and the relapse rate between the temperature-sensitive gel group and the other two groups existed.Conclusion The efficacy of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of CA with the photosensitizer carrier of the temperature-sensitive gel precedes the PDT with the sterilized water or the ground substance.
