用 Ceramage 聚合瓷嵌体和铸瓷嵌体分别修复大面积牙体缺损104例和94例。修复后1年复查2组各项指标差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。修复后3年复查修复体折裂发生于聚合瓷嵌体（3．1％）铸瓷嵌体10．6％（P ＜0．05），其他指标组间无差异（P＞0．05）。%104 teeth with large defect were repaired by Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay(Ceramage group)and 94 by casting porcelain inlay(casting group).After 1 year there was no statistical significance in all indexes between two groups(P >0.05).After 3 year,Restora-tion fracture was observed in 3.1% of Ceramage group and 10.6% of casting group(P <0.05).No statistical significance was found in other indexes between the two groups.
