Objective To explore the relationship among resilience and social support,coping style in family members of inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 127 family members of inpatients with schizophrenia were selected and assessed with the self-designed information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) ,Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) . Results The total score of CD-RISC and the factor score of positive coping of SCSQ in all subjects were all significantly lower than the national norms(P < 0. 05) ,and the factor score of negative coping of SCSQ in all subjects was significantly higher than the national norm(P < 0. 05) . In all subjects,the total score of CD-RISC in males was significantly higher than that in females(P < 0. 05) ,and there were significant differences for the total scores of CD-RISC and the factor scores of positive coping of SCSQ among different age periods(P < 0. 05) . In all subjects,the total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC were positively correlated with the total score and all factor scores of PSSS and the factor score of positive coping of SCSQ(P < 0. 05) ,and negatively correlated with the factor score of negative coping of SCSQ(P < 0. 05) . Conclusion It's serious for the resilience in the family members of inpatients with schizophrenia, which is related to their genders,ages,social support and coping style.%目的探讨住院精神分裂症患者家属心理弹性与社会支持、应对方式的相关性.方法应用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC) 、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS) 、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ) 对127 例精神分裂症患者家属进行调查.结果全部样本的CD-RISC 总分和SCSQ 积极应对因子评分低于全国常模(P < 0. 05) ,SCSQ 消极应对因子评分高于全国常模(P < 0. 05) .全部样本中,男性CD-RISC 评分高于女性(P < 0. 05) .不同年龄段之间的CD-RISC 评分、 SCSQ 积极应对因子分比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0. 05) .精神分裂症患者家属CD-RISC 总分及各维度评分与PSSS 总分及各维度评分、SCSQ 积极应对维度评分均呈正相关(P < 0. 05) ,CD-RISC 总分及各维度评分与SCSQ 消极应对维度评分呈负相关(P < 0. 05) .结论精神分裂症患者家属的心理弹性状况较差,其与性别、年龄、社会支持、应对方式等因素有关.
