目的：探讨中医推拿联合体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎的效果，总结护理经验。方法：将168例肩关节周围炎患者按照就诊先后顺序，采用单双号分为观察组与对照组各84例，对照组进行体外冲击波治疗，观察组采用中医推拿联合体外冲击波治疗。结果：观察组治疗20 d 后综合评分为（91.4±6.3）分，高于对照组的（76.8±8.4）分；观察组 I 级评分67例（79.8％）、II级13例（15.5％）、Ⅲ级 4例（4.8％），对照组 I 级评分38例（45.2％）、II 级评分20例（23.8％）、Ⅲ级评分13例（15.5％）、IV 级评分9例（10.7％）、V 级评分 4例（4.8％）；观察组治愈率为79.8％，对照组治愈率为45.2％。两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医推拿联合体外冲击波治疗可更好的改善肩关节活动范围，提升日常生活活动能力及缓解疼痛。%Objective:To discuss the efficacy of TCM massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder and sum up the nursing experience. Methods:168 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into the obser-vation group and the control group(84 cases in each group)according to the sequence of treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave and the patients in the observation group were treated with TCM massage combined with extracorpo-real shock wave. Results:The comprehensive scores were 91. 4 ± 6. 3 points after treatment for 20 days in the observation group and they were higher than 76. 8 ± 8. 4 points in the control group;the scores of grade Ⅰ were in 67 cases(79. 8% ),grade Ⅲ in 13 cases(15. 5% ) and grade Ⅲ in 4 cases(4. 8% )in the observation group;the scores of gradeⅠwere in 38 cases(45. 2% ),gradeⅡin 20 cases(23. 8% ), grade Ⅲ in 13 cases(15. 5% ),grade Ⅳ in 9 cases(10. 7% )and grade Ⅴ in 4 cases(4. 8% )in the control group;the cure rate was 79. 8% in the observation group and 45. 2% in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:TCM massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave can better improve the range of motion of shoulder joint,en-hance the ability of ADL and relieve pain of the patients in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
