Objective:To investigate the value of nursing intervention in ultrasound - guided needle biopsy(UGNB)for patients with HIV / AIDS. Methods:The clinical data of 216 HIV / AIDS patients with UGNB in our hospital and preoperative,intraoperative and post-operative nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The total success rate of needle biopsy was 98. 1%(212 / 216),failure rate was 1. 9%(4 / 216),the incidence of postoperative complications was 2. 3%(5 / 216),no occupational exposure to infection occurred in any medical staff. Conclusion:Implementation of the comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention in UGNB for patients with HIV/ AIDS can improve the success rate of needle biopsy,reduce complications and risk of occupational exposure to infection.%目的：探讨护理干预在艾滋病（AIDS）患者行超声引导穿刺活检术（UGNB）中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析在我院行UGNB 的216例 AIDS 患者临床资料及其穿刺术前、术中、术后采取护理干预举措。结果：经过积极医护配合及护理干预，穿刺活检总成功率为98.1%（212/216）、失败率为1.9%（4/216），术后并发症发生率为2.3%（5/216），参与 UGNB 的医务人员无一例发生职业暴露感染。结论：对实施 UGNB 的 AIDS 患者给予全面、细致的护理干预，可以提高穿刺活检成功率，减少并发症，降低职业暴露风险。
