Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical pathway management in postoperative pain of orthopedic patients.Methods:180 postoperative orthopedic patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(90 cases in each group) .The pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were provided nursing interventions in the light of clinical pathway management.The score of postoperative pain,the satisfaction with pain control and the value of sleep efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of pain one day before operation,on the day of operation and on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation was better in the intervention group than the control group( P<0.05,P<0.01);the satisfaction with pain control on the day of operation and on the 1st and 3rd day after operation was better in the intervention group than the control group( P<0.01);the value of sleep efficiency on the 1st and 2nd day after operation was obviously superior in the intervention group to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the clinical pathway management,nursing intervention can relieve the postoperative pain and improve sleep effi-ciency and comfort of orthopedic patients and can promote their rehabilitation as well.%目的：探讨临床路径管理在骨科患者术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法：将180例骨科术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组各90例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组按照临床路径管理实施护理干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、疼痛控制满意度、睡眠效率值。结果：两组患者术前1 d、手术当天及术后1、2、3 d比较，干预组疼痛评分优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；术日及术后1、3 d比较，干预组患者疼痛控制满意度均优于对照组（P＜0．01）；术后1、2 d比较，干预组睡眠效率值明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：临床路径管理中，护理干预可缓解骨科患者术后疼痛，提高术后患者睡眠效率及舒适度，促进患者康复。
