目的:探讨三级责任护理管理制在重症医学科患者中的应用效果.方法:按实行护理模式不同将患者分为观察组1 015例和对照组978例,对照组采用科护士长-护士二级责任制,观察组采用护士长-护理组长-护士三级责任护理管理制.观察并比较两组患者不良事件、并发症、心理状态及满意度情况.结果:观察组不良事件、并发症发生情况低于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),观察组DSI评分、SDS评分及满意度评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对重症医学科患者采用三级责任护理管理制,可减少患者不良事件和并发症的发生,提高护理质量.%Objective:To explore the application effect of three - level primary nursing system to the patients in ICU. Methods:The patients were divided into the observation group ( n = 1 015 ) and the control group ( n = 978 ) according to the nursing care in different modes. The two - level primary system ( head nurse - nurse ) was applied in the control group; the three - level primary nursing system ( head nurse - leader of nursing team - nurse ) was adopted in the observation group. The adverse events, complications, psychological status and satisfaction of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The adverse events and incidence of complications were fewer and lower in the observation group than the control group ( P <0. 05 ,P <0. 01 );the DSI scores,SDS scores and satisfaction scores were superior in the observation group to those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Application of three - level primary nursing system in ICU can reduce the adverse events and complications and improve the quality of nursing care.
